Custom Order Payments

For custom orders please follow these steps:


  1. Complete the online form by clicking on hyperlink above "Tell Us What You Are Looking For"
  2. Complete consultation with our custom designer so we can work on getting you exactly what you want.
  3. You will receive an email recapping your order and final price (including tax and shipping as applicable) along with link for payment.
  4. Click on Payment hyperlink and complete the checkout process.

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing our Annie and Evelyn Floral  for your floral needs. Please take the time to read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

  1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or via email. Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Payment: Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. We accept Venmo or Zelle for all payments.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order amount.
  4. Delivery: We offer delivery services for an additional fee. Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance from our shop. Deliveries are made during our regular business hours. We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we will do our best to accommodate any special requests. All deliveries will be dropped off on the doorstep of address provided. A picture will be text or emailed to the purchaser upon completion of delivery.
  5. Substitutions: We reserve the right to make substitutions based on availability and quality of flowers. We will do our best to match the color scheme and style of the original arrangement.
  6. Refunds and Exchanges: We strive to provide the highest quality of flowers and customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. We may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion.
  7. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the flowers and delivery fees. We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by any delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, traffic, or natural disasters.
  8. Copyright: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is copyrighted and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
  9. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.

By placing an order with our floral company, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
