- Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or via email. Requesf Orders to be placed at least 72 hours in advance . Exception for a la carte items which require 3 weeks advanced notice.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. We accept Credit Card, Venmo or Zelle.
- Cancellation Policy: No refund or exchange on any perishable or non-perishable items. All items are final sale.
- Delivery: We offer delivery services outside San Jose for an additional fee. We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, All deliveries will be dropped off on the doorstep of address provided. A picture will be text or emailed to the purchaser upon completion of delivery.
- Substitutions: We reserve the right to make substitutions based on availability and quality of flowers. We will do our best to match the color scheme and style of the original arrangement.
- Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the flowers and delivery fees. We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by any delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, traffic, or natural disasters.
- Copyright: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is copyrighted and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.
